Chicago’s Hottest Neighborhood is the West Loop

More recently developed than other areas of the city, the West Loop is an up-and-coming area of Chicago. This trendy, urban community provides a unique balance of modern, new buildings and historical architecture. The area was once a warehouse district but has since been transformed into a vibrant, young, and popular community with a growing number of townhomes and condos.
The vibe in the West Loop is lively and quickly becoming one of Chicago’s ‘hot’ neighborhoods. A National Association of Realtors survey of first-time buyers between July 2013 and June 2014 found that the median age of these buyers was 31 and that the median home size purchased was 1,570 square feet. As a result, the growing condo market, home sales and associated community management duties keep the First Community Management team busy and immersed in this spirited area of the city
An upscale, trendy area, the West Loop keeps you in the heart of Chicago and easily accessible to the surrounding area. It is just a few moments from the Loop, several fine galleries, and a strong entertainment area. The neighborhood provides exceptional food and entertainment, modern, newly designed homes, and historic charm.
