History

Since 1998 First Community Management has provided professional management services to community associations throughout Chicago. As one of the first companies in Chicago committed to managing only community associations, First Community Management developed a property management philosophy that focused on providing exceptional resident services in addition to enhancing the physical and financial aspects of each community.

Mission Statement

Our goal is to make the job of your board members as effortless as possible. We build a team for each client comprised of a licensed community association manager, an assistant community manager and an executive staff member. This allows us to provide effective, individualized and professional guidance to your Board of Directors.

Properties We Manage

As of 2020 we manage over 115 condominium, townhome and homeowner associations in Chicago and the neighboring suburbs. We understand the unique needs of associations and we are experienced in managing all types of properties including high-rise, new construction, loft conversions, historic properties and townhomes.
