Teddy Guiracocha

Teddy Guiracocha oversees all of First Properties janitorial staff, and tends to all of our building’s small repairs. Teddy is familiar with every building managed by First Properties, and if you happen to be reporting a building emergency at 3am, Teddy is most likely to be the person on the other end of the line.

Mr. Guiracocha was the first person to join Michael Rutkowski at First Properties, and has been on staff since 1999.
