Warren Larson

Warren Larson serves a unique role at First Properties. Routine maintenance items such as HVAC maintenance, sewer line rodding, carpet cleaning, etc., can easily fall through the cracks when other, more pressing issues at a building surface and need your property manager?s attention. Warren oversees all routine maintenance at all of our properties.

Mr. Larson is also an experienced Project Manager, and is available to oversee large-scale building renovations. Warren has over 30 years of experience with building mechanical systems and structural projects.
