Bryan Stigall

Bryan has been with First Properties since 2000, learning all aspects of association management “from the ground up.” Mr. Stigall also serves as our in-house Accounting Manager under the direction of the Controller. Prior to joining First Properties, Bryan served for four years as an accounting administrator for the United States Navy.

Bryan is a member of the Community Association Institute and has successfully completed their M-100 course (“The Essentials of Community Association Management”) working toward his Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation.
