Mission

Our job is to make the job of your Board of Managers as easy as possible. Many inexperienced boards get bogged down "micro-managing" details instead of dealing with important issues at hand...routinely, this leads to board-member "burn out" and frequent turnover of board members.

First Properties' involvement will be as "hands-on" as your board desires. Some boards prefer to have management serve at an advisory level only, other boards rely on management to "run the show," keeping the personal time commitment of the members to a minimum.
