First Properties brings a unique perspective to the Chicagoland property management landscape, as we manage only condominium, homeowner (townhome), and co-op associations. We focus all of our energy on meeting the needs of today's community associations and their members.

Community association management is markedly different from other types of property management and requires a focused approach to be performed properly. Community management is more than just managing "property" or buildings--it's managing people and personalities as well.

As a reinforcement to our ongoing commitment to association management, First Properties is an active member of the Community Association Institute (CAI), The Association of Condominium, Townhome, and Homeowner Associations (ACTHA), Chicago Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
